Terms and Conditions

When signing up for the Ultimate Compliance Experience, you agree to a partnership with True Compliance Solutions (TCS).  TCS will assign you a Solution Specialist to assist in every aspect of your compliance experience.  As partners, there are certain requirements that we must both uphold.

Customer Obligations- Customer agrees to practice the following standards:

  • Billing/Shipping information is accurate and complete.  This includes suite #’s and street indicators such as N, S, NW, E, Rd, Blvd, Pkwy.
  • Payment must be made within 30 days of Invoice Date to avoid service interruptions.
  • Notify locations of incoming material.  TCS does not take responsibility for “Refused” returns.  You may incur additional charges to reship.

TCS Obligations – TCS agrees to operate as your compliance vendor and uphold the following standards:

  • We guarantee that our postings are 100% compliant with state/Federal requirements.  In the event you are fined due to our postings, please mail us notice within 24 hours of receipt of your violation.  We’ll cover the costs!
  • TCS will initiate the service by sending a complete set to each covered location.
  • TCS will monitor the shipment activity to ensure delivery.
  • TCS will notify you of any mandatory updates and will provide timeframe to expect updated material.


  • Payment must be made within 30 days of Invoice Date to avoid service interruptions.
  • For Annual Compliance Experience package, the renewals are automatic.  Charges are captured at the 1st of every month.  Invoices are processed on the 25th of the prior month for billed customers.
  • To prevent charges, you MUST call, fax or e-mail cancelation request within 10 days of scheduled charge.
